BPR Methodology Overview
BPR Definition - Methodology to produce radical change
in business processes in order to achieve dramatic
performance breakthroughs while managing business
risk and cultural and technological change.
Methodology Objective - Integrates the reengineering of
business processes across functional boundaries while
incorporating business strategy, customer value,
change management, organizational development, and
information technology considerations throughout the
BPR project.
