摘要
本工程为唐山陶瓷技校教学楼,该楼为五层, 米,总建筑面积为 4690m2。本设计依据设计要求和原始资料,运用材料力学、钢筋混凝土、结构力学基本原理及土力学和对材料性质的深刻了解,遵守设计规则,保证建筑结构合理,所有材料的质量和强度合格,工艺良好。
本建筑设计分为三部分:建筑设计、结构设计、施工组织设计。
建筑设计采取积极措施来增强建筑物的外表强度和坚固性,给人以心理上的安全感。兼顾实用性。
结构体系是钢筋混凝土框架结构,用砌块做填充墙。结构设计是使结构物得到足够的强度、刚度和韧性的过程。结构体系选择后, 根据《建筑结构荷载规范》依据等进行荷载统计,用分层法、D 值法进行内力计算,再进行内力组合以及配筋设计。
施工组织设计:科学的依据分项工程,流水施工的方法,合理安排施顺序,
注意安全措施,力求经济效益……

Abstract
This project is Tangshan ceramics technical school teaching building , the building with five floors, has a total height of meters and its total construction area is 4690m2 .The design based on design requirements and the original data, the use of mechanics, reinforced concrete, structural mechanics, the basic principles of soil mechanics, and a deep understanding of the material properties and ply with design rules to ensure that the building structure is reasonable, the quality and intensity of all the materials qualified, good process.
The architectural design is divided into three parts: architectural design, structural design, and construction design.
Architectural design to take positive measures to enhance the appearance of strength and robustness of the building, gives a psychological sense of security while taking into account the practicality.
The structural system is reinforced concrete frame structure with block infillwalls. The structural design is to structure the process of sufficient strength, stiffness and toughness.
