米波段(VHF)全固态发射机,也是该公司在发射机生产方面的强项,号称其功率放大模块的平均无故障工作时间超过50万小时。从1994年开始,我国广东、江苏、山东、黑龙江、包括我们自己在内,共有13台(其中10台为10KW功率)。我们在1998年购入使用的4频道和6频道的发射机,经过近5年的使用,4频道工作一直非常稳定,而6频道发射机故障比较多,经过近一年的维修,最近渐趋正常。
分米波(UHF)发射机美国本土不生产,主要原因是没有及时开发该产品。原英国的派公司由于其发射机的产品质量问题因而陷入困境,最终被哈里斯公司收购,将原派公司的发射机作了适当改进后贴以哈里斯商标推出。
哈里斯发射机的基本情况:
提供的是单通道(合放式)发射机。
有高的冗余备份性能。
图像功放模块与伴音功放模块均为宽带放大(470~860MHz),可以直接互换使用。
功放模块采用普通蒸馏水和冷却液的混合(50%的蒸馏水和乙烯乙
醇或丙烯乙醇)冷却,冷却效果好。

另据了解,这次赛迈克斯推出的哈里斯分米波水冷电视发射机的激励器是奥地利柯斯曼公司生产的,而其它均是英国派公司的。
德国罗德和施瓦茨(ROHDE&SCHWARZ)公司
位于德国慕尼黑的R/S公司是世界上著名的电子设备制造公司。生产测试仪表、仪器是其专长,在世界上享有很高的声誉。R/S公司1953年开始生产电视发射机,并生产了欧洲第一台彩色电视发射机,八十年代开始生产米波全固态发射机,93年开始生产分米波全固态发射机,随后又生产了液冷式分米波全固态发射机,96年因欧洲米波已经没有市场,米波发射机一度停产,为了争得欧洲以外的市场,98年底开始又恢复了生产。R/S公司是DVB广播的标准制定单位之一,98年开始生产DVB发射机。R/S公司全固态发射机主要市场在欧洲,1996年四川电视台首先订购了一台分米波全固态发射机型号(NH510),随后我台在1998年购买了同型号的22频道(现在发射钱江都市频道节目)发射机,使用已近5年,情况还不错。据统计,R/S的产品目前在我国各电视台使用的米波、分米波风冷模拟全固态10KW~30KW电视发射机9台,水冷模拟全固态电视发射机3台;50W~(DVB)5台,数字水冷电视发射机(DVB)6台。、

R/S公司提供的NH7100V水冷全固态发射机的基本情况如下:
提供双激励器,双通道(分放式)工作模式。
整台发射机仅为一个19英寸的机柜,占地面积很小。
单个大功率模块的输出功率为2KW,功放管采用荷兰菲力普公司的
边缘扩散型金属—氧化物—半导体场效应管BLF861A。
每个模块分3部分,一面是功率放大器,另一面是电源,中间是通有

冷却液体的散热器。不仅结构非常紧凑,而且散热效果非常好。模
块可以热插拔。
冷却液体采用AnfifrogenN防冻液。该防冻液没有腐蚀性、不结垢、无挥发。
功放模块和冷却回路间采用了长寿的快速耦合器,除了每个模块的耦合保护外,还使用了安全阀。
采用多个水泵备份的水泵系统,同样热交换器也有备份风扇。整个冷却系统的占地面积也较小。
冗余备份特性好,没有系统瓶颈。
宽频带(470-860MHz)设计,低结温的功放管工作状态,因而图、声功放模块互换性好,整机工作稳定,故障率低。
采用模拟、数字兼容的电视激励器,可直接用于DVB(数字电视广播)的发射。
由微处理器控制发射机运行,监测及遥控。所有参数可以设置、记忆在激励器中,可以实行自校正,无需人员值机。
控制电路的控制能力强,当出现过载、过热、驻波比过大,放大器工作状态等参数改变时,能及时通知控制器,从而自动作出相应的调整。如:当某一模块(管子)坏了以后,功率控制电路可以将其保持在原来的工作点上,以防止其它管子因过载而损坏。

大连东芝广播电视系统有限公司
公司成立于2002年10月,主要从事广播电视发射机的设计、制造、销售和售后服务。该公司刚成立,目前尚无设计制造的能力,而是直接从日本进发射机的大部件,进行组装出售(即OEM方式)而已。
东芝公司是世界上一家老牌的发射机生产企业,从1951年开始生产发射机,1984年开始生产全固态发射机,大功率的电视发射机年产量大约为120台左右。该公司生产的电视发射机技术更新较慢,仍然停留在90年代的水平,至今没有推出水冷式模拟电视发射机。
东芝公司的电视发射机进入我国的电视发射市场的也比较早,1987年北京电视台首先使用,该台先后购买了4台。另外中央电视发射台也有一台在使用。
