《全国普通高等学校毕业生就业协议书》填写需知
《全国普通高等学校毕业生就业协议书》(以下简称《就业协议书》)是应届高校毕业生与用人单位确立劳动关系的法律依据。毕业生就业必须与用人单位签订《就业协议书》,并由学院、学校盖章,纳入正式就业方案,打印报到证。
《就业协议书》在毕业生、用人单位、学院、学校签字盖章后即生效。《就业协议书》一式三份每份内容相同,签字盖章后由用人单位保存一份、毕业生本人保存一份、学校保存一份。《就业协议书》须经所在院系盖章和学校盖章后,方能纳入正式就业方案,因此毕业生在签订《就业协议书》后应尽快在规定期限内返回学校进行盖章。
学校根据正式上报的就业方案,在规定的时间内集中打印《全国普通高校毕业生就业报到证》(以下简称〈报到证〉),并寄发给毕业生。毕业生凭报到证到就业单位报到;用人单位凭报到证在规定时间内完成接收的具体手续。毕业生持有报到证而不按时到单位报到,由此所造成的一切后果均由毕业生本人负责。

《就业协议书》的具体填写要求:
1、本协议书由教育部统一印发,每份都有对应的编号,一式三份,一人一号,遗失不补,复印无效,三份中遗失任何一份协议书都将无效。
2、填写时请用黑色钢笔,不得用其他类型的笔。
3、填写前请认真阅读《就业协议书》上的有关说明,不要涂改。
4、“毕业生情况及意见”一栏中“政治面貌”可填“中共党员”或“共青团员”,“培养方式”可填“统招”,健康状况可填“良好”,“专业”填“法学”,“学制”填“四”,“学历”填“本科”,“应聘意见”可填自己的意向或和用人单位约定的内容,“联系电话”填最能联系到你本人的电话。
5、《就业协议书》的内容必须全部填写。用人单位、地址、学校和专业名称等,都必须写全称,不得使用简写、缩写或用斜杠划去,也不能留有空格(如有相关内容的约定,应另附书面约定条款)。

6、“用人单位名称”:由用人单位填写,必须与单位的有效印签上的名称一致。
7、“档案转寄详细地址”:由用人单位填写,要求清楚、准确地填写用人单位的人事保管机构的全称和详细地址,便于学校在毕业生离校后转寄学生档案。
8、“备注”:可填写与用人单位的其他约定,如试用期限、薪资待遇、违约金等。如准备考研、出国的同学,可写上“如考上研究生(或出国)此协议自动解约”。
9、待毕业生与用人单位签字、盖章后,可由毕业生本人或用人单位到用人单位的上级主管部门签字和盖章,然后到学院签字、盖章,最后到学校就业处签字、盖章。注意协议书必须由用人单位、用人单位上级主管部门和学校都盖章方能生效,否则毕业生在毕业后的户口档案和人事关系仍将转回原籍。
