[摘要] 本文设计内容是普通自动翻书装置的设计与仿真。设计主要是针对不能用手翻书的残疾人、伤员、乐队指挥等特殊人群。翻页装置采用曲柄摇杆机构。利用AutoCAD图解法对人机适应角度进行求解。最后用Pro/E三维软件建立了包括书架、支撑、翻页装置在内的模型,并对其进行仿真运动,得到了自动翻页杆的翻页轨迹,长度以及高度上的位移;从而验证了所涉及的机构满足运动连续性。在设计中对仿真轨迹进行不同位置的对比,寻求轨迹最优点。此次设计的着重突出人机适应,可以实现从多个角度看书的效果。除此之外,为了减少对书本的损伤,在搓页机构的选用上,选用静电吸附的原理进行页面的提升。此机构还可以实现对厚度在5-35mm之间的不同厚度的书本的夹紧、固定。

Ordinary automatic book turner three-dimensional design and simulation
Abstract: This paper relates to the design and simulation of ordinary automatic page turning device which aimed at the disabled, conductor and other special populations who can not use hand to turn the page. The page turning device adopts a crank and rocker mechanism. I have used graphical method to find the solution of height through AutoCAD in this design which considered to man-machine angle. Using Pro/E 3D software establish the model of the whole device including the bookshelf, support frame, the page turning device and carries on the simulation movement which can made out the track of the book turner, length and height of displacement. To find out the most advantages of prised the different positions on the simulation trajectory in the design. It emphasizes on the human adaptation, so people can read book from several angle. In addition, in order to reduce the damage of books, I choose the electrostatic adsorption to promote the page in rubbing page mechanism. The agency can also realize the clamping and fixed to book whose thickness between 5 to 35 mm.
