党的十八大提出,把立德树人作为教育根本任务,培养德、智、体、美全面开展的社会主义建设者和接班人。育人先育德,育德先育魂,立德树人就是要解决办什么样的学校,怎样办好学校;培养什么人,怎样培养人的重大问题。
学校教育承载着不同年龄段学生开展的不同的教育内容,以及各自不同的教育渠道。根底教育是学生成长的重要阶段,少先队工作是效劳学生成长的重要组成。
德育内容细化、分解
德育需要让老师和学生看得见抓得到,少先队工作就是在细化、分解德育的过程中运行的。我们说少先队工作是学校整体教育的重要组成,但是,少先队工作要成为“重要组成〞可不是说说而已的。这里就要弄清楚少先队在学校有哪些工作可做,也可以说有哪些德育的内容是有少先队组织完成的。
价值观教育
中央办公厅印发?关于培育和践行社会主义核心价值观的意见?,将24字核心价值观分成3个层面:
富强、民主、文明、和谐,是国家层面的价值目标;
自由、平等、公正、法治,是社会层面的价值取向;
