浅谈我国高速公路规划与设计

高速公路是指能适应年平均昼夜小客车交通量为25000辆以上、具有特别重要政治和经济意义的、专供汽车分车道高速行驶并全部控制出入的公路,是现代化公路运输中新型的运输载体,也是国民经济发展到一定阶段的必然产物。
互通式立体交叉公路是我国高速公路网的主要节点,高速公路互通式立交的选型关系对路网功能作用的发挥起着关键的作用。互通的选型应满足路网规划的要求,同时其位置和型式亦是高速公路路线走向的一个重要制约因素。变速车道分为直接式和平行式,路线规范规定:变速车道为单车道时,减速车道宜采用直接式,加速车道宜采用平行式。变速车道为双车道时,加、减速车道均应采用直接式。。高速公路上所设标志主要以指路标志为主,因此,取消英文后可以大幅度降低交通标志的整体造价。
高速公路必须结合原始的大地景观进行景观设计,营造良好的视觉形象,使乘客有“人在车中坐,车在画中行”的良好感觉,带来一种审美愉悦,使其成为匍匐在大地上的一条绿色长龙。遵循形式美的普遍原则并充分考虑动态中人的美感特性是高速公路景观设计成败的关键。
