论马克思的正义思想及其当代价值

社会正义问题是当代社会经济发展过程中日益凸现的重大课题,也是伦
理学、哲学、政治学、经济学等学科探讨的问题。但对于什么是正义,思
想家们的答案却各不相同。在西方思想史上,众多思想家,从古希腊的苏
格拉底到近代的罗尔斯,提出各种各样的正义观,对何为正义莫衷一是。
因此,本文试图探讨马克思历史唯物主义的正义思想。
我们认为,马克思的正义思想是从一定社会的生产方式出发,在批判
资产阶级的正义观和资本主义制度的基础上,建立自己的共产主义正义理
想。在这一过程中,马克思揭示了正义观念的实质就是对现实利益关系的
反映,因而,在阶级社会,正义观具有阶级性。同时,马克思把作为正义观
念核心价值的平等和自由建立在历史唯物主义的地基之上,指出无产阶级
实现自由和平等的现实之路。在批判和否定资本主义分配方式的基础上,
马克思提出了社会主义的分配正义理论。同西方传统正义思想观念相比,
马克思的正义观念具有独特之处,如正义思想的唯物史观视角;从一定生
产方式出发,揭示了经济正义的中心地位等。
随着我国社会主义市场经济的推进,社会正义问题日益引起人们的关
注。马克思正义思想在当代显示出它的方法论指导作用和伦理价值,如正
义思想的历史唯物主义方法论,人民利益的价值取向等。本文结合现实突
出的社会正义问题提出一些解决方法或具体措施,如,将现实的利益分配
格局的合理调整作为推进社会正义的主要任务;关注弱势群体,维护人民利
益;推进社会成员的自由和平等权利等。历史唯物主义视野中的正义观是
历史地辩证运动和不断发展的,我们应随着时代的发展变化而不断推进社
会正义。

ABSTRACT

The social justice problem, which emerged in the process of
contemporary social economic development, has e an increasingly
important topic and it is also an important research subject in the fields of
ethics, philosophy, politics, and economics and so on. However, different
thinkers hold different views on what justice is. In the history of Western
thoughts, numerous thinkers, from the ancient Greek Socrates to the modern
Rawls, put forward various kinds of views on justice, but they held mon
view. Therefore, this paper tries to study Karl Marx’s historical materialistic
justice thoughts.
We hold that Marx, beginning from certain social production mode, built
up his munism justice ideal by criticizing the justice thoughts of
capitalist class and capitalism system. In this process, Marx revealed that the
essence of the justice thought was the reflection of the realistic interest
relation. Therefore, in the class society, the justice thought is based on the
class. Meanwhile, Marx held that the core value of equality and freedom in
justice thought was based on the historical materialism
