摘要
自改革开放以来,中国经济持续、快速、健康的发展,中韩两国之间的经济合作取得了许多重要成果。从近十年来看,中韩两国之间的关系变成了最大的贸易对象国,又是最大的投资对象国。关于经济合作方面来看,现在这样的现象会越来越强。中韩经贸合作上引人注目的领域是摸索建立中韩FTA,这将会成为巩固两国之间互补性经济合作的最好的合作框架。本文深入探讨中韩经贸合作的发展现状与前景,并分析中韩FTA的可能性。本文主要分四个部分,第一部分梳理了中韩经贸合作的发展现状,分析了中韩两国贸易的发展情况及两国的投资发展情况;第二部分介绍了中韩经贸合作的主要动力;第三部分总结了韩国对中韩经贸合作前景的忧虑,对中韩经贸合作的前景做了预测;第四部分叙述了中韩FTA的意义和可能性,提出中韩FTA的促进方案和对策建议。

Abstract
Since the reform and opening up, the development of economy, fast, healthy China, economic cooperation between the two countries has achieved many important results. From the last ten years, the relationship between China and South Korea became the largest trading partner, and is the largest investment destination. On the economic cooperation, this phenomenon will be more and more strong. Economic and trade cooperation between China and South Korea attract sb.'s attention on the field is the exploration of the establishment of China South Korea FTA, it will e the best framework for cooperation between the two countries to consolidate plementary economic cooperation. This paper discusses the present situation and prospects of development of economic and trade cooperation between China and Korea, and analyzing the possibility of China Korea FTA. This paper is divided into four parts, the first part reviews the development situation of the cooperation, analyzes the investment development of bilateral trade between China and Korea and the development between the two countries; second part introduces the main power of economic cooperation between China and Korea; the third part summarizes the South Korea on the prospect of China South Korea economic and trade cooperation concerns, the Sino Korean economic cooperation prospect
