区域创新网络在我国中小企业发展中的作用

摘要
我国中小企业在社会发展和国家稳定中起着重要作用,但是中小企业发展面临
的问题,制约着中小企业的创新和竞争活力。在市场竞争激烈的条件下,中小企业
仅仅依靠自身力量难以通过技术创新来提高其竞争优势,区域创新网络是一种适合
中小企业发展的新型生产组织形式,这种区域创新网络能够使企业获得、共享创新
资源,适应市场的多样性需求,减少研发投资和交易费用,降低创新的风险。构建
中小企业创新网络对我国中小企业的发展提供了理论借鉴和现实指导。本文运用系
统分析、比较分析和案例分析等方法对区域创新网络和我国中小企业创新网络的构
建进行研究。本文首先对区域创新网络的相关理论背景以及研究的内容与方法等方
面作简要介绍。其次阐述了创新网络的基本理论和相关的概念,如区域创新网络的
概念、特征、行为主体的功能。再次论述了我国中小企业的发展现状,指出其存在
资金不足、技术落后、人才缺乏等方面问题,并对这些问题做了较具体的原因分析,
如企业间相互信任度低、中介机构不健全等方面的原因。然后论述了区域创新网络
在中小企业发展中的作用,指出了区域创新网络对中小企业发展的意义。接下来,
运用社会资本理论、博弈理论和外部规模经济效应等理论分析了区域创新网络在中
小企业发展中的作用机理。再提出了构建中小企业创新网络的若干建议,为中小企
业区域创新网络指出具体的发展方向。本文的主要创新处在于用社会资本和博弈论
等理论来分析区域创新网络在中小企业发展中的作用机理,探讨区域创新网络形成
的理论依据。

Abstract
The small and medium-sized enterprises play a very important role in the society
development and the country stability, but there are also many problems that the small and
medium-sized enterprises development faces, which reduces the innovative capabilities
and petition of enterprises. In a petitive market environment, it is hard
to improve petitive advantage for the small and medium-sized enterprises
depending on the technology innovation only by themselves, the regional innovation
networks is a new type of the anization which is fit for the small and
medium-sized enterprises development, it can help the enterprises to earn and share the
innovation sources, also it can make the enterprises adapt the diversity requirement,
reduce the investment on the research and development, the cost of trading, and the
innovation risk. It will provide the reference for theory and the guidance on actual market
for the small and medium-sized enterprises by structuring a regional work.
