城乡教育不平等对居民收入差距的影响研究

摘要
改革开放近年来,我国经济持续高速增长,但同时也面临着基尼系数持
续走高的困扰,特别是城乡居民收入差距呈现不断扩大之势。与此同时, 世
纪年代中期以来,教育不公平问题凸显,特别是城乡教育不平等问题尤为突
出。本文试图探讨的问题是:我等严重到何种程度?我等与城乡居民收入差距扩大之间究竟有何种关系?针对我等应该采取何种措施?
本文共分为五章:第一章为导论,主要总结前人的研究成果,界定本文关
键概念,交代本文选题意义、研究方法和创新与不足。第二章,以人力资本理
论和教育投资理论为基础探究了教育与城乡收入差距之间的关系,为下一步研
究做了铺垫。第三章,通过城乡教育起点、过程和结果三个方面对我等的现状进行了系统描述,并进而分析了造成城乡教育不平等的原因。
第四章,基于~ 年间的省级面板数据,运用固定效应回归分析方法,
对城乡教育不平等对收入差距的影响进行了实证分析。最后得出结论——城乡
教育差距每上升个百分点,将使城乡收入差距上升个百分点。第五章,
提出了解决我等问题的路径选择。认为只有逐步改变城乡二元
结构体制,加强中央和城市对农村教育成本的补偿,实行农村教育民主决策等
措施,使农村孩子和城市孩子享受同等的教育,才能从根本上解决城乡收入差
距扩大的问题。

Abstract
Since the reform and opening in 1978, Chinese economic growth
keeps a high speed, meanwhile, it is puzzles by the continued high
Geordie coefficient, especially, the expansion of the urban-rural
residents’ e gap. Since the midterm of 1990s, the inequality in
education es emergence, particularly between urban and rural.
This paper is intent to discuss extent of the equality in education, the
relationship between urban-rural inequality in education and e gap,
and the proper measures for China.
This paper contains five chapters. Chapter 1 is Introduce, in which it
concludes former research achievements, defines the key concepts and
states the signification, research methods and innovation & weakness. In
chapter2, it explores the relationship between urban-rural inequality in
education and e gap on the basis of the theory of human capital and
educational invest. Chapter 3 describes the status of urban-rural
inequality in education in terms of the origin, process and results of
urban-rural education and analyzes the reasons of the inequality. In
chapter 4, according to the panel data, it gives an empirical analysis on
the impact of urban-rural inequality in education on urban-rural e
gap by the way
