摘要
康德以前的思想家都是从本体论的角度来理解和运用目的论,结果,无论是亚
里士多德的内在目的论,还是近代机械论世界观所需要的外在的目的论,都需要神
作为“第一推动力”。
在启蒙浪潮的汹涌推动下,康德恢复了亚里士多德以来的内在的目的论思想。
但是,在康德看来,目的论所谓之的目的论原则,只是一种预设的评判方式、一种
调节性的原则。将这样的“目的”和原则带入对历史的钻研和理解,以期获得一条
研究与解释人类发展历程和趋势的线索,这便是康德的“历史目的论”的归结。本
文通过详尽的研究和阐述明确了,在普遍历史的视域下,历史理性借由人类“非社
会的社会性”、着眼于整个人类物种和历史进程,敦促人类积极实现一个普遍法制
的公民社会,逐渐超越国际联盟以达到世界公民状态,保障人类最大限度和最为充
分的自由及权利,使得永久和平的理想得以实现。

Abstract
Philosophizers before Kant understood and made use of teleology from the
perspective of ontology, of the results, whether the internal teleology of Aristotle or the
external teleology needed for the world view of mechanistic of modern times, it is
necessary to regard God as “the first mover”.
Kant eeds the internal teleology from Aristotle; but for Kant the principle of
teleology is just a way of judgment also a regulative principl for human beings to treat
the nature and the whole history. With the principle the clue of the trend and process of
human beings’ history will be clear., what is the purpose of Kant’s teleology of history.
Through detailed research my thesis intended to point out that the reason of history
focusing on the entire human species and historical process, by way of human beings’
"unsocial sociality" in horizon of the universal history urges a civil society which already
mon legal, and gradually transcends international union to achieve world
citizen state, to ensure the utmost and fully freedom and rights of human beings and
make a eternal peace can be realized.
