摘要
随着经济全球化进程的加快和我国加入,我国的企业面临着更加严峻的
竞争。这些竞争不仅来自于国内同类企业而且也来自于国外尤其是发达国家的同
类企业。企业要应对竞争,并在竞争中求生存谋发展,取得并保持自己的竞争优
势,就必须提升自己的核心竞争力,而要做到这一点,越来越多的人已清醒地认
识到加强企业文化建设的重要性及迫切性。在世纪,企业之间的竞争不仅仅
是科技方面的竞争,更是企业文化方面的竞争。
而我国企业文化的建设中存在意识薄弱、人为割裂、融合困难、缺乏人性化
的考核体系及必要的激励措施和能力传递与知识共享匮乏等诸多问题。为了完善
我国企业文化建设,本文从对企业文化本身研究入手,通过借鉴美国和日本企业
文化建设的先进经验,结合我国企业文化建设的现状,提出了经济全球化条件下
我国企业文化建设的对策。本文对经济全球化条件下我国企业文化建设的本质、
原则和具体对策进行了详细的论述。

ABSTRACT
With the economy globlization and China enrolling WTO(World Trade
Orgnization),Chinese enterprises are confronting more and more petition
which not e from panies but e from foreign
companies,especially e from the developed order pete
with others,acquire and maintain petitive advantage,enterprises must
improve their own petitive more and more people have realized
the importance and urgency of constructing enterprise 21
petition among enterprises is not only in technology but also in enterprise
culture.
There are many problems in our enterprise culture construction,such as
insufficient awareness,artificial isolation,difficult merging,lacking human assessment
system,being short of necessary system for stimulating staff initiative and knowledge
order to perfect our domestic enterprise culture construction,I began to
study this ,I studied enterprise ,I analyzed American
and Japanese enterprise culture and find their ,referring to their
advanced experence and linking our current situation,I put forward construction
countermove under economic globlization to our domestic enterprise this
article,I have particularized constructive essence,principle and countermove of our
domestic enterprise culture.
