摘要
分工是马克思哲学中一个十分重要的概念,它紧密地联系着马克思的劳动观点。
已有的对马克思分工思想的研究主要是从唯物史观入手,着重讲述分工对唯物史观
创立的重要作用,但是对于劳动,尤其是劳动和分工之间关系的重要性却鲜有人注
意。本文在对马克思原著进行解读的基础上,从劳动以及私有制的角度入手,对马
克思的分工思想进行重新思考。
全文共分为七大部分:序言部分重点说明了问题的提出和选题的意义,以及国
内外对此问题的研究现状。结论部分就本文所达到的研究成果做了一定的总结。中
间的五部分是文章的正文。
正文第一部分主要是对马克思之前的一些思想家的分工思想进行回顾和探源,
指出他们分工思想的主要内容及其特点,同时指出马克思对它们所做的批判。
正文第二部分着重对马克思分工思想进行总体上的论述。这一部分从分工的定
义、分工的影响、人性等问题入手,对马克思的分工思想从各个角度进行解析,并
逐渐引出分工的本质是劳动。
正文第三部分首先论述马克思的劳动思想。人类历史是劳动创造的历史,但是
现实的人并没有在劳动中得到快乐,人处于异化状态。进而分析劳动与分工的关系,
并引出私有制的问题。
正文第四部分主要论述分工和私有制的关系。这一部分从异化劳动和私有制的
关系开始,进而引出分工的消灭及其与私有制的关系,最后对马克思的共产主义概
念进行讨论。
正文的最后一部分主要是对马克思分工思想的意义进行认识。这一部分主要分
析了分工思想对理解马克思劳动思想的意义,对理解马克思的人的全面发展的思想
的意义,并对当今社会中的分工现象进行认识。

Abstract
Division of labor, which is a very important concept in Marx’s philosophy, connects
the theory of Marx’s labor closely. So far, people understand Marx’s thoughts about
division of labor mainly from historical materialism, and play more stress on interpreting
the great role of division of labor in the establishment of historical materialism. But people
rarely discuss the division of labor from the perspective of the relationship between
division of labor and labor. Based on the interpretation of Marx’s original writings, this
thesis attempts to rethink Marx’s thoughts about division of labor in the vision of labor
and private ownership.
The whole thesis includes seven parts. The preface of the thesis explains why I
choose this matter of subject, the meaning of this question and researching status quo
about this matter of subject domestically and overseas. The conclusion makes some
summary from the study production that has achieved. The middle five parts are the text of
the thesis.
