摘要
本文通过对所搜集的相关数据进行分析,构建适应贵州省情和实际的工业发展评价指数,建立测度工业发展的指标体系,进而构建相关模型分析各指数的有效性及它们之间的联系,结合其不同的影响因素,建立合理有效的工业效益评价的方法及企业投入与产出指标体系,采用多元统计中的主成份分析法,把多个指标转化为几个综合指标,科学地选择有关指标要素,分析当前贵州工业发展状况,为企业管理者提供企业经济效益评价的合理建议,促进贵州工业发展朝着高效率、高产出的方向不断前进。同时,通过测算一系列评价指标,综合评价贵州工业企业的各项指标,为进一步提高贵州工业企业经济效益给出合理建议,企业管理者通过定期对相关指标进行对比考核,对各项指标进行探索,努力朝着全均指标靠近,不断提高,不断超越,在实践中不断提高生产技术。例如通过评价资金利税率、固定资产产值率、资金利润率等指标对各个工业企业运营情况进行比较或分类研究,对那些指标较差即效益不高的企业进行重点监督或督促,以至于不在发展中落后于其他各家企业,通过产生激烈的竞争,加快工业企业经济效益的提高。
