强心通脉颗粒干预慢性心力衰竭的临床研究*

【摘要】目的观察中医药强心通脉颗粒治疗慢性心力衰竭临床疗效。方法将 280 例患者随机分为两组,对
照组予西医常规对症治疗,治疗组在西医常规治疗基础上加用强心通脉颗粒。观察治疗前后心衰积分(采用
lee 氏)、心功能测定、6 min 步行试验及中医证候疗效积分的变化。结果治疗组心衰积分、心功能测定、6 min
步行试验、中医证候疗效改善优于对照组。结论中医药强心通脉颗粒能显著提高慢性心力衰竭临床疗效。

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Qiangxintongmai Granules in chronic heart failure. Meth-
ods:280 patients were randomly divided into 2 groups,the control group with routine western medicine treatment
and the treatment group with conventional bined with Qiangxintongmai Granules. Indices in 2
groups were observe before and after treatment such as the heart failure score(Lee 's ),the cardiac function EF de-
termination,the 6 minute walk test and the TCM symptoms score changes. Results:In the treatment group, the
