Line Accumulations
Line accumulations are defined as unavoidable discrepancies or single
cases modities where only initial response is needed. These
PRRs will be issued on a monthly basis per part or part group.

Quality Performance Reports
Monthly 6 panel charts that graphically display the data contained in
GQTS. Charts display the following:
Major Disruptions (Spills, Downtime, Stockouts)
PRRs
Discrepant Parts
PPM
Sourcing Metrics
Supplier evaluation system that ranks each supplier manufacturing
location in terms of overall quality in one of three categories: green,
yellow or red. The ranking criteria are based on the modity
performance. (Example – Enhanced Metric Bid List)

Packaging PRRs (section )
Packaging PRR s are now defined as packaging issues that
cause part/specification nonconformity, or effect salability of
the part.
Examples:
Damaged part or material that was inadequately secured in the container
Container was inadequately secured in the carrier vehicle and caused part/material
damage
Container design and/or fabrication was inadequate and caused part/material
damage
Container that has been damaged by improper handling and caused part/material
damage
Mixed pallets built incorrectly and caused part/material damage
