海南省豇豆储运包装方法
对豇豆采后商品品质的影响①

摘要通过模拟海南省实际生产中豇豆贮运方法, 动态测定豇豆 d内生7
对比。结果表明:在感官品质、失重率、锈斑指数、
烂率变化相差不多,处理组叶绿素的含量要低于对照组。

Abstract The physiological indexes of cowpea were determined for 7 days through simulation of the
cowpea storageand transportation inHainan parisonwas made ofthe indexeswith those of
the non-treated results showed that the sensory quality,weight losing rate,rust index,fiber
content in the cold—treated group were obviously better than the control rotting rates in both
groups were not quite chlorophyll content in the treated group was lower than the control
group.
