1、全日制本科及以上学历、机械类相关专业;
2、三年以上客诉质量治理相关工作阅历;
3、较强的组织协调及解决问题的力量,良好的沟通技巧和抗压力量;
4、熟****质量治理体系及质量治理工具SPC,MSA,QFD,FMEA,APQP,PPAP;
5、较好的英语沟通力量,娴熟使用办公软件。

oProvidingacentralpointofcontactandcoordinatorforLogistical-claims(missing/wrong/damaged)attheplantconcerningimportdeliveries
oConductinganexpertassessmentandliaisingwithinternalandexternalsuppliers(differentdepartmentslikeQMandPackagingPlanning,logisticsserviceproviders,forwardingcompanies…):
oImportedpurchasedpartsandin-housepartssupplied
oEnteringthecomplaintintheIT-Systemandapprovingit:
oLoop1:Receivingandanalyzingofclaimsfromplant
oLoop2:Placingtheclaimstointernalandexternalsuppliersandcoordinateclaimprocessuntilclaimsareclosed
oCoordinatecontainmentactivitiesatplantandcleanuppipeline
