一、培养目标
Ⅰ.Educational Objectives
本计划培养的学生能胜任土木工程项目的设计、施工、管理、项目策划、研究以及投资与开发等技术和管理工作,可从事土木工程基础理论研究、新材料、新工艺和新技术开发等工程领域的科技工作,也可承担企业管理、生产技术管理及企业市场经营等工作。
This program is designed to make students capable of design, construcution, management, project planning, research and development in civil engineering. After graduation, the students can not only carry out scientific research duties such as study of foundmental theories, development of new materials and new technologies, but also take up occupations such as management of enterprises, management of production technologies, marketing of enterprises and so forth.

1. 具有较为扎实自然科学基础,较好的人文、艺术和社会科学基础及素质;
2. 牢固掌握的专业基础知识及专业知识;
3. 具有一定的与本专业相关的知识;
4. 具有较好的信息检索、文献阅读能力以及知识的消化吸收能力;
5. 具有较强的英语综合运用能力;
6. 具有发现和分析问题的能力;
7. 具有解决工程实际问题的能力;
8. 具有创新性思维和创新实践的能力;
9. 具有系统性思维的能力;
10. 具有交流与合作能力;
11. 具有应对危机与突发事件的基本能力和一定的领导能力。
