摘要
本设计为年产1000t复合型阻燃剂三(三溴苯基)磷酸酯的生产工艺的初步设计。根据最新实验研究结果,设计出新型生产工艺流程,用二甲苯做溶剂,以路易斯酸作催化剂,使三溴苯酚和三***氧磷在140℃下反应。反应时,三***氧磷与三溴苯酚生先成一酯、二酯。随反应进行,反应的空间位阻变大,生成三酯需要较长的反应时间。因此设计中采用六个间歇反应釜、两个水洗反应釜和一个盐酸吸收塔,生产开车时,反应釜时间隔4小时加料,反应产物间隔8小时分批水洗蒸馏,盐酸集中到一个盐酸吸收
塔处理。在保证产量的同时,同样保证生产的连续性和稳定性。
本设计通过物料衡算和能量衡算,对主要反应设备、分离和换热设备进行了设备选型设计。同时根据工艺流程的选择,对车间设备布置,工厂建筑物的布置等进行了初步设计。

ABSTRACT
The design for the preliminary design of the annual output of pound flame retardant tris (bromophenyl) phosphate factory, plans yield of / day. The choice of the design process, workshop equipment layout, the layout of the factory building, the preliminary design of the equipment selection have been designed.
Under the experimental conditions, the design, designed a new production technology. In zhe design, Xylene acid as solvent, Lewis acid as catalyst, the reaction of tribromophenol and phosphorus oxychloride at 140 ℃.Firstly, the phosphorus oxychloride tribromophenol born into an ester, diester. .With the reaction, the reaction steric e larger. Generating three esters require a longer reaction time. So I designed six batch reactor, two washing reaction vessel and a hydrochloric acid absorber. Reactor is every four hours feeded, the reaction product of an interval of 8 hours washing batch distillation, hydrochloric acid is concentrated to a hydrochloric acid absorber
processing. It guarantee the continuity and stability of production to ensure that production at the same time. It is the innovation point of the design point.
