摘要
小微企业作为国民经济的不可或缺的一部分,是国民经济增长中重要的力量,其生存状态直接关系到国民经济是否能够又好又快发展,所以其发展对于中国的经济发展有着十分重要的的作用。但随着新时代的到来,在国内外错综复杂的条件下,自身条件薄弱的小微企业也面临着诸多困境,概括起来就是“两难两高一低一差”:融资难、用工难;成本高、税费高;管理水平低;市场营销能力差。经济学界达成共识,从某种方面来看,小型微利企业的难处便是中国经济转型的难处,小型微利企业的生存环境能否改进与经济发展模式息息相关。所以如何保证小微企业这个国民经济中最活跃也最脆弱的群体健康发展,已经成为亟待解决的难题。
本文立足于小微企业的自身特点,结合实际,深入分析小微企业的经营管理困境,并提出应对小微企业经营管理困境的对策,希望对小微企业的日后的经营管理提供可行性的建议。

Abstract
As an important part in national economy, small and micro businesses are indispensable force in national economy growth .its living condition has the direct bearing on the sound development of national economy, and it’s development are decisive for China’ economy. but as the advent of new era, in the intricate situation at home and abroad, small and micro businesses with a lot of weakness was faced with a lot of difficulties. In summary ,it’s financing difficulty, recruit and use workforce difficulty, high cost and taxes, poor marketing ability and management level. In economy circle, there is a kind of consensus: the predicament of small and micro businesses are China’s economic transition’s difficulty. living environment is related to china’s change of the economic development mode . So ,it’s a urgent problem that how to guarantee small businesses, the most active and most munity in national economy, to develop sound.
this article keep a foothold features of small and micro businesses, combining the reality, to analyze deeply the difficulties in management of small and micro businesses, and give countermeasures to resolve these with the hope that the small and micro businesses can get better growth.
