[摘要]目的探讨T P 方案化疗与P F 方案治疗晚期食管癌的近期疗效。方法回顾性分析 2013年 4 月一2016年 3 月
该院收治的晚期食管癌患者6 0 例,分为 T P 组(n=36;紫杉醇 135 mg/m2 d1;顺钼 20 mg/m2 d1-3)与 P F 方案组(n=24;
5-***尿嘧啶500 mg/m2泵持续推注 d1-5;顺钼 25 mg/m2 d1-3);观察两组患者的近期疗效及毒性反应。结果 T P 组近
%,明显比 P F 组髙(%)(P<);T P %,P F 组为 %,两组患者间
不良反应发生率组间差异无统计学意义(P>)。结论 TP(紫杉醇联合顺钼)方案化疗能提髙晚期食管癌患者的近
期疗效,同时其毒副反应发生率并未增髙,可认为安全有效。
