郑州 220 kV 电磁环网解环规划研究

摘要:随着电网结构的不断加强,220 kV 电网短路电流水平提高较快,必须逐步实施解环以降低 220 kV 电网短路电流水平,
但在电网解环过程中往往会与一些规划的电网项目存在矛盾。阐述了电磁环网解环基本原则及主要解环方式,并以郑州 500
kV/220 kV电磁解环网为例,根据其现状及远景电网规划,对其逐步实施解环方案并同时校验了郑州电网远期规划的合理性。
提出的通过电网解环规划研究来校验电网规划的合理性的理念,一方面可将电网规划与解环规划合理统一以指导电网的发
展,另一方面也可避免不必要的电网建设从而节省投资。

Study on open-loop planning of 220 kV ic ring in Zhengzhou

Abstract: The 220 kV work short-circuit current level enhances quickly along with unceasing enhancement of
work structure, open-loop operation mode must be carried out gradually to lower the 220 kV work
short-circuit current level. But in the process of work open-loop it often contradicts with some planned work
projects. This paper describes the fundamental principles as well as the main method of open-loop. Taking Zhengzhou 500 kV/220
kV ic ring for example, in accordance with its present situation and long-work planning, open-loop operation is
progressively implemented and the rationality of Zhengzhou long-work plan has been simultaneously verfied. This pa
