摘要
铁路是我国经济大动脉,新中国成立后党和政府十分重视,修建了大量铁路。因此桥涵建设发展迅速,在数量和质量上有很大的飞跃。桥涵是铁路重要组成部分。桥涵设置是否恰当,设计施工质量是否良好,对铁路运营关系很大。近几年来,铁路桥涵的施工经常出现一些问题,这对桥涵的耐久性、美观性和行车的安全性、舒适性造成一定的影响。我国铁路桥涵大部分为建国后所造,尤其是改革开放以后,随着铁路事业的飞速发展,已建在建的桥涵也成倍地增加,载重能力明显下降,这与日益增长的铁路客货运输量,需要提供安全、快速、重载行驶的要求越来越不相适应。因此近年来,我国铁路建设中,对桥涵的要求越来越高,引起广大铁路工程技术人员对桥涵质量隐患问题的极大重视。桥涵施工质量问题是关系到铁路主干线质量的重要组成部分,尤其是桥涵如设计、施工不当,质量不好,建成后很快损坏,就会造成难以弥补的经济损失和安全隐患,而且给维修带来极大的困难,还要投入较高的维修费用。说明加强桥涵施工过程中的质量管理工作尤为重要。特别是是最近几年我国高速铁路的迅猛发展,对桥涵的质量、耐久性、安全及可靠性提出了更高的要求。

Abstract
The railroad is our country economy main artery , after the founding of new china, the partly and government take seriously very ,built a large number of railway . therefore ,bridge and culvert construction development is rapid, in quantity and quality have great leap .the railway bridge is an important part of .bridge set properly, design and construction quality is good ,the railway operation is important .in recent years ,the construction of railway bridge and culvert problems often arise, the bridge durability, aesthetics and traffic safety ,comfort, cause effect. china railway bridge and culvert mostly offer founding a state to make, especially after the reform and opening up, with the rapid development of railway, built in the construction of bridge and culvert also increased railway passenger and freight transport amount, need to construction of our country railroad, on the bridge of the increasingly high demand, cause the majority of railway engineering and technical personnel on the bridge quality is an important part of bridge and culvert, especially such as design ,improper construction, the quality is not good, completed soon will cause irreparable damage, economic loss and the potential safety hazard to repair, but also bring great difficulties, but also put into high repair costs.
