摘要
尽快使中国由发展中的贸易大国提升到发展中贸易强国,这是中国入世以后,21世纪前十年经济发展新战略的核心。在本世纪前五年里,中国进出口一路高歌猛进,而国际贸易保护主义抬头,针对我国产品的贸易壁垒不断加强。
我国能否顺利实现贸易强国的战略? 本文将从当前贸易现状出发,对中国贸易结构演变趋势和汇率机制调整趋势进行分析,得出中国在未来五至十年里头,将成为世界发展中的贸易强国的结论。
加工贸易是以加工为特征的再出口业务,在我国对外贸易中具有十分重要的地位,尽管近年来,我国加工贸易取得了很大的发展,但其存在的问题也不容忽视:加工贸易对国内产业的带动作用未充分发挥,劳动密集度高,技术含量低,在全球价值链上处于低端,国内价值链有待进一步延伸。因而优化加工贸易产业结构,促进加工贸易向高新技术产业发展,促进加工贸易优化升级具有重大意义。

Analyses the Development of China's Foreign Processing Trade Trend
Abstract
As the development of trade power in China have ascent to developing trading powers, it is China's entry into WTO, the 21st century after a decade before economic development in the new strategy core. In the five years, China import and export before, and all unconventional international trade protectionism growth, aiming at China continuously strengthen product trade barriers.
Can China achieving trading powers strategic? This paper from the current trade status quo, for China trade structure evolution tendency and exchange rate mechanism for analysis, that adjust trend in China in the next five to ten years, that will be the world developing trade powers conclusion.
Processing trade characterized with processing export business again, in China's foreign trade in a very important position, although in recent years, Chinese processing trade has achieved great development, but their problems also nots allow to ignore: processing trade to a domestic industry impetus function not fully play, labor intensity is high, low, the technical content in the global value chain, domestic value chain's low-end position further extensions. Thus optimize industrial structure, promote the processing trade processing trade to hi-tech industry development, promoting the optimization and upgrading of processing trade has great significance.
