论企业知识产权管理制度的构建与运作
摘要
近些年来,随着市场竞争的加剧,企业越来越重视对知识产权的开
发和保护。知识产权的开发和保护,不仅要求企业在战略思想上重视,
在法律应用上完善,更要求把知识产权作为企业的无形资产进行运营,
引进知识产权管理思想,构建一套科学的知识产权管理制度,并把知识
产权管理制度贯彻运作到企业的整个管理工作中。
本文将交叉结合法律与管理两个学科的不同特点,从专利、商标、
著作权管理战略的重要性入手,研究知识产权管理部门的外部、内部组
织结构,以及知识产权管理涉及的各种制度的具体内容。期望综合笔者
本科阶段管理知识与研究生阶段的法律学习,通过本文论述如何在我国
企业构建和运作适合我国国情的企业知识产权管理制度,并附带提供一
套可行的企业知识产权管理制度文书参考和知识产权管理法律合同范例
参考。

ABSTRACT
These years, our enterprises e more and more payintg attention to the
development and protection of intellectual property rights with market intense
competition. The development and protection of intellectual property rights, not only
for enterprises in attaching importance to strategic thinking, perfecting the application
of law, but regarding the intellectual property rights as intangible assets in operating,
introducing intellectual property management ideas, building up a set of scientific
intellectual property management system, and operating intellectual property
management system to entire enterprise management.
