对检验、测量和试验设备以及整个测量系统进行控制、校正和维护,保证其使用时不确定度已知,并与所要求的测量能力相一致。
This is to control, calibrate and maintain the inspection, measuring and test equipment as well as the whole measurement system, so as to ensure the uncertainty degree is known during usage and is the same to the measuring capability required.
2 适用范围Applicable Scope
适用于证实产品符合规定要求的检验、测量和试验设备(包括检具)以及整个测量系统的控制。
This is applicable to the control of inspection, measurement & test equipment (including calibration equipment) and the whole measurement system that are used to prove if the products conform to the requirements.
3 职责
质量部负责检验、测量和试验设备的校验以及测量系统分析。
The Quality Department is responsible for the calibration of the inspection, measuring and test equipment as well as the analysis of the measurement system.
技术工程部对检验、测量和试验设备的适用性负责。
The Engineering Department is responsible for the applicability of the inspection, measuring and test equipment.
采购物流部负责检验、测量和试验设备(以下简称检测设备)的采购。
The Purchase & Logistics Department is responsible for the procurement of the inspection, measuring and test equipment (hereinafter short as IMTE).
