1,2-丙二醇和乙二醇混合液与乙醛反应的反应条件
分析
摘要
1,2-丙二醇(PG)与乙二醇(EG)混合液和乙醛在酸性阳离子交换树脂D072的催化作用下,通过缩醛反应生成2,4-二甲基-1,3-环氧戊环(24DMD)与2-甲基-1,3-二氧戊环(2MD),该反应是可逆的醇醛缩合反应。
本文对该缩醛反应的反应条件行了研究,考察了催化剂使用量和原料配比对PG与EG转化率的影响,采用气相色谱分别测定了PG、EG和乙醛的转化率,分析实验数据,选取最优的反应条件。
实验结果表明:最佳的反应条件是,催化剂质量浓度是30g/L,原料配比是乙醛与EG和PG混合液体积比V乙醛:V(PG+EG)=:1,%,%。
本文通过对PG、EG混合液缩醛反应条件的研究,为工业生产提供了参考数据。

Reaction Conditions Analysis of 1,2-propylene
alcohol and ethylene mixed liquor acetal
ABSTRACT
Under the catalytic reaction of acidic cation exchange resin D072,mixed liquor of 1,2 - propylene glycol (PG) and ethylene glycol(EG) and acetaldehyde
generated 2,4 -dimethyl-1,3-epoxy-dioxolan(24DMD) and 2-Methyl-1,3-dioxolane(2MD) by aldolization,and this reaction is reversible aldol condensation reaction.
This passage researched on the reaction conditions of the aldolization and the effects of the ratio of catalyst and material on the conversion ratio of PG and
EG. We tested and analyzed the data of conversion ratio of PG, EG and acetaldehyde, and selected the best reaction condition.
Experimental results showed that the catalyst mass concentration of 30g/L and volume ratio of acetaldehyde and the mixed liquor of EG and PG Vacetaldehyde: V(PG+EG)=:1 was the best reaction condition, and under this condition, the conversion ratio of PG and EG reached % and %.
This passage provided essential reference data for industrial production by the research of aldolization reaction conditions of the mixed liquor of EG and PG.
