【Abstract】
Neoadjuvant chemotherapy, the chemical drug treatment that is used before breast-conserving surgery, which can reduce the scope of the tumor, improve the ess rate of the operation, prolong the survival time of the patients, enhance the quality of life has been extensively studied. mon scheme include: anthracycline with paclitaxel, CMF、CAF、CEF、AC, trastuzumab used independently or with anthracycline and paclitaxel, rh-Endostatin with paclitaxel and epirubicin. The mechanism of action, side effect and announcements of different schemes are not same. So every single breast cancer patient should choose their neoadjuvant chemotherapy and course of treatment based on their own situation. For example, it will get more remarkable curative effect for HER-2 positive breast cancer patients to add trastuzumab to the traditional chemotherapy treatment. The neoadjuvant chemotherapy regimens of breast cancer patients has the reference of traditional chemotherapy regimens, also has its own innovation .
