摘要:随着我国社会和经济的高速发展,我国城市中的高层建筑物如雨后春笋般建立起来,而且楼层也变得越来越高,然而高层建筑的消防问题往往被人们所忽视,事实上,对于楼层越高的建筑物,我们应该更加重视其消防设计问题。本文就对我国高层建筑现时的消防问题进行研究,并提出相应的设计方案,以提高高层建筑消防设计的合理性和有效性,更好地保障高层建筑物内人们的生命财产安全。

Abstract: with the rapid development of society and economy in our country, high-rise buildings have sprung up in the cities in our country to build up, and floor also es more and more high, however, high-rise building fire control problem is often overlooked, in fact, for the higher floors of the building, we should pay more attention to the fire control design problems. In this paper, the study of high-rise buildings in our country the present fire control problems, and put forward the corresponding design scheme, to improve the rationality and validity of the high-rise building fire protection design, better within high-rise buildings, people's life and property security.

近年,我国的建筑行业在国民经济发展的推动下得到了空前的发展,高层建筑的不断出现标志着现代建筑的发展水平,但同时高层建筑也带来了不小的安全隐患,其中消防安全是最重要的一个。由于高层建筑的特点,导致它相比起一般的低层建筑更容易发生火灾,而一旦发生火灾之后也比低层建筑更难处理,造成的人员财产损失也更加多。例如在2010年11月15日,上海余姚路胶州路的一栋高层住宅内发生了严重的火灾事故,导致了58人死亡,70多人受伤,还有56人失踪,对人们的生命财产带来了巨大的损害。因此全社会都应该对高层建筑消防设计工作提起足够的重视。
一、高层建筑现时的主要消防问题
