摘要:城乡规划事业与空间发展问题逐渐成为影响我国城乡规划事业发展的关键性因素之一。并且中国的城乡规划正面临着非常严峻的空间发展问题。为此,我们应站在落实科学发展观的高度,发现实际问题,深刻认识创新发展模式,推进绿色转型的重重大意义;站在构建和谐社会的大局,准确把握创新发展模式,推进绿色转型的核心内涵。本文就我国城城乡规划建设中应对空间发展问题的策略措施进行简单的探讨。

Abstract: the problem of urban and rural planning and spatial development has gradually e one of the key factors influencing the development of urban and rural planning in china. And China's urban and rural planning is facing a very serious problem of spatial development. Therefore, we should stand in the height of the implementation of scientific outlook on development, to find the practical problem, a profound understanding of innovation and development mode, promote the green transformation of great significance; standing on the overall situation of building a harmonious society, grasp the innovative development model, promoting the green transformation of the core connotation. Simple discussion on the strategy measures on problems in development of the space to deal with city planning and construction in urban and rural areas in china.

我国城乡规划随着经济社会的发展而不断得以重视。推进城乡经济社会统筹发展,是消除城乡二元结构、解决“三农”问题的本质要求;也是做好新形势下农业农村工作的出发点和落脚点。然而在现今形式下的城乡规划工作已经不仅仅是社会经济的发展,还对整个城乡规划中的空间发展问题提出了更多的要求。因此,怎样更好的处理现今形势下城乡规划空间发展问题已经成为目前城乡规划中重要的研究课题。
