文档介绍：氟西汀治疗老年高血压伴抑郁症患者的效果
[摘要] 目的探讨氟西汀用于老年高血压并发抑郁症的临床降压疗效。方法将70例老年高血压伴抑郁症患者随机分为对照组和治疗组,各35例。对照组仅接受常规降压治疗:硝苯地平缓释片10 mg,口服,bid;治疗组在对照组治疗基础上给予抗抑郁治疗:氟西汀20 mg,口服,qd。疗程共8周。分别于8周内对两组的血压、抑郁症状及生活质量进行评估。结果两组收缩压及舒张压治疗前后比较差异均有统计学意义(治疗组:P < ;对照组:P < ),两组间收缩压及舒张压治疗后比较差异均有高度统计学意义(P < );治疗组降压总有效率(%)要高于对照组(%)(P < ),其中治疗组显效率(%)要明显高于对照组(%)(P < );治疗组HAMD评分逐渐减小,与治疗前比较差异有统计学意义(P < < ),8周后HAMD-%(>50%),具有临床疗效;对照组HAMD-24评分治疗前后比较差异无统计学意义(P > );两组间HAMD-24评分于4周及8周后差异有高度统计学意义(P < );治疗组生活质量各项评分及总分治疗前后比较差异均有高度统计学意义(P < ),而对照组差异无统计学意义(P > ),两组治疗后比较差异有高度统计学意义(P < )。结论氟西汀治疗老年高血压患者并发抑郁症具有显著的效果。
