中国在线支付体系调研报告
摘要
电子商务得到了快速的发展,作为电子商务的核心环节,基于互联网的支付系统在世界范围内得到了充分的发展。很多投资商看好互联网的在线支付市场,对于新兴的IT技术公司是一个新的入场机会,新的在线支付服务商将在中国得到良好的发展机会并对传统的金融服务业务形成巨大的冲击。
随着支付接口技术的逐步透明,以及各种电子商务支付需求的不断增长,2003年以来全国范围涌现了数十家中小规模的增值支付服务商,以较低廉的接入价格吸引中小商户的加盟。然而,中小型商户的需求与在线支付数量短期内还难以达到临界规模,成了这类服务商未来生存与发展的最大障碍。
本报告将探讨基于互联网的支付机制在全球范围的发展状况。并分析中国在线支付体系未来的发展情况,最后重点分析我们所设计的AllBuy电子商务在线支付平台的商业模式及运营经验,并总结出一个适合中国中小商在线支付服务商的创新的发展之路。

ABSTRACT
merce has got fast development, as the key link of merce, the online payment system has got abundant development worldwide. A lot of investor have an optimistic view of the online payment system market, new pany has got one new chance of entering into as to IT, the new online pany get good development chance and form enormous impact to traditional financial service item in China .
As the payment interface technology being gradual and transparent , the payment demand of merce is increasing constantly. the whole country emerged small-scale appreciation was paid the facilitator of several dozen since 2003, attract the joining of the medium and small pany at the price of cheaper access. But with pay quantity to be shortly difficult to up to the critical scale even online medium and small-scale demand of pany, kinds of facilitator survival and development not future is most for obstacle not great for this.
This report will probe into the mechanism of payment based on in the worldwide state of development. Analyse China Online payment system future development, analyse mercial mode of the online payment platform of AllBuy merce that we design and operation experience especially finally, summarize one suit China petty dealer pay developing road of innovation of facilitator online.
