摘要: ,随机分为2组各40例,时辰化疗组5-Fu 500 mg/m2,每日22时至次日10时给药,顺铂(DDP)20 mg/m2,第1~第5天,于当天10:00~22:00给药,每3~4周为1个周期。常规化疗组5-Fu和DDP的用量及周期间隔同时辰化疗组,但时间安排在正常时间8:00~15:00,普通滴速。两组病例均同样采用5-HT3受体拮抗剂+地塞米松止吐。完成2个周期及以上化疗者评价化疗近期疗效及不良反应。随访6~,,有效率为45%。常规化疗组完成189个周期,%。两组总有效率比较差异有统计学意义(P<)。结论 FP方案时辰化疗是晚期食管癌的高效低毒且经济的治疗方法.
