摘要:本论文是研究硫化体系、防护体系、增塑体系和补强体系对SBR耐老化性能的影
响。通过改变硫化剂的用量,防老剂的品种及防老剂并用,增塑剂和补强剂的用量;来
研究SBR的力学性能以及老化后的力学性能保持率。通过实验分析发现:
份时,SBR胶料的力学性能和老化后的力学性能的保持率均较好;防老剂RD和防老剂
A并用时会出现协同效应,有利于丁苯橡胶老化的防护;炭黑N330为50份及机油3份时
,SBR胶料老化后的力学性能保持率相对较好。

Anti-aging properties of SBR
Abstract:This paper is to study the curing system, protection system, plasticizer and
reinforcing system on anti-aging properties of SBR. By changing the amount of curing
agent, antioxidants and antioxidant species and use, the amount of plasticizer and
reinforcing agents; to study the mechanical properties of SBR and the mechanical
properties after aging retention. Through experiment we found: When the sulfur phr,
SBR rubber mechanical properties and mechanical properties after aging to maintain good
rates; antioxidant RD and antioxidants A and will appear with a synergistic effect,
beneficial to SBR aging protection; carbon black N330, 50 parts and oil 3 phr, SBR rubber
to keep the aging rate after the relatively good mechanical properties
