摘要:植物防御素是植物体内产生的一类免疫活性物质,分子量小,是由几十个氨基酸组成,富含半胱胺酸、呈碱性、具有复杂三维折叠结构的短肽物质。植物防御素通常在很低的浓度下(10-6mol·L-1)就能表现出广谱抗菌活性,而对大多数的其他动植物无害,它对生物抵御外源病原菌入侵并维持自身生存具有重要意义,随着对植物防御素的深入研究发现植物防御素的作用不仅仅局限于植物免疫,它还可以用来研制新型的杀菌剂或新型的抗生素类药物,并且在动植物抗病基因工程上也发挥着重要作用,因此,植物防御素的研究发展与应用具有十分广泛的前景。

Abstract:Plant defense is to generate a class of immune active substances in plants,molecular weight is small,and it posed of dozens of amino acids and rich in cysteamine acid,alkaline,plex 3 d short peptide folding structure material. Plant defense usually in very low concentrations (10-6mol·L-1 ) can show the broad spectrum antibacterial activity,and for most of the other plants and animals are harmless,it has biological resist exogenous pathogen invasion and maintain their own survival significance,along with the in-depth study of plant defense found that plant defense immune effects are not limited to plants,it can also be used to develop new type of bactericide or new antibiotic drugs,and on the animal and plant disease resistance ic engineering also plays an important role,therefore,research development and application of plant defense has very broad prospects.
