Explanation
1、Business Licence for an Enterprise as a Legal Person is the certificate of an enterprise as a legal person and its legal operations.
2、Licence for an Enterprise as a Legal Person has two copies: an Original and a Duplicate which have the equal legal effect.
3、The Original Business Licence should be placed visibly in pany’s business site.
