摘要
改革开放以来,浙江中小企业发展迅速,浙江中小企业已成为浙江企业的主要力量,对浙江经济发展起着重要要的作用。然而浙江中小企业在成长中存在着新增企业多,衰亡企业也多、平均寿命低、成长能力弱等问题。如何使得浙江中小企业能够得以健康成长已经成为浙江经济发展的一个重要课题。本文通过层次分析法,建立中小企业成长指数模型,主要通过财务视角进行基于中小板上市公司的实证研究,从数据层面上得出影响中小企业成长的主要因素,提出相关建议,促进浙江中小企业成长。

ABSTRACT
Since the reform and open policy, the Zhejiang small and medium-sized enterprise development has been rapid. In Zhejiang province most enterprises are small and medium-sized enterprise,now Zhejiang small and medium-sized enterprise plays an important in zhejiang’s economy Zhejiang small and medium-sized enterprise develop very fast,it has a lot of problem .Every year many new enterprise appeared,and also many enterprise ,how can make the Zhejiang small and medium-sized enterprise development healthy is an important problem to zhejiang’s economy development. This passage want to us AHP To Establishes the small and medium-sized enterprise growth exponential model. Obtains from the data stratification plane affects the primary factor which the small and medium-sized enterprise grows,and then give useful suggestions.
