摘要
本文采用冷态涂敷方法,用水玻璃和松香作黏结剂,在45钢表面涂敷了镍基自熔性合金粉末Ni60和Ni60+WC25,利用炉内加热和感应加热的方法对涂层进行了重熔处理,并对重熔试样进行了销盘式磨粒磨损实验;对重熔涂层进行了显微硬度分析和金相组织分析,利用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)对涂层磨损后的形貌进行了分析。结果表明:重熔涂层具有很高的耐磨性,明显高于T10钢淬火后的试样;Ni60+WC重熔涂层的耐磨性稍高于Ni60重熔涂层;感应重熔涂层的耐磨性要高于炉内重熔的涂层;用松香作黏结剂的涂层稍高于用水玻璃作黏结剂的涂层;重熔涂层磨损表面的SEM形貌表明磨损属于磨粒磨损。

Abstract
Nickel base self-fluxed alloy powder Ni60 and Ni60+WC25 are spreaded
on the surface of 45 steel by cold-state coating technique has been shown in this paper,the bonding agents use water glass and rosin,and the coatings are remelted using furnace and induction heating methods,the wear-resistant of the remelting coatings are investigated by the abrasive wear machine. The hardness and microstructure of the coatings are also analzyed,the worn surface morphology of the coatings are observed by electron scanning microscope(SEM). The results indicate that the remelting coatings have very high wear-resistant,and apparently higher than the quenched T10 sample. The wear-resistant of Ni60+WC25 remelting coatings are better than that of Ni60 coatings,and the induction remelting coatings are better than that of the furnace remelting coatings,also the remelting coatings of rosin bonding agents are better than that of water glass bonding agents coatings. The SEM morphology of the worn surface shown it belongs to abrasive wear.
