茅山镇居民计划免疫知识知晓率调查

摘要
目的:调查儿童家长计划免疫信息的知晓程度及主要获得途径。探讨影响儿童计划免疫的因素,促进儿童接种率的提高。
方法:以10个接种日来茅山镇茅山卫生院接种疫苗的500名儿童家长作为调查对象。采用调查问卷的方式进行调查,对家长免疫规划知识的掌握程度进行统计。
结果:常住儿童家长问卷得分高于流动儿童家长,家长学历越高,对儿童计划免疫知识掌握的越多,居住地离镇中心位置越近的家长对计划免疫知识掌握的越多,儿童家长主要获得计划免疫知识的途径为村医的随访。
结论:要进一步加大对于地方上流动人口和文化程度相对较低的儿童家长的计划免疫知识的宣传,提高儿童计划免疫知识的知晓率,从而提高儿童的按时接种率。
