摘要:羊肚菌是属于子囊亚门(ycotina),盘菌纲(ycetes),盘菌目(Pezizales),马鞍菌科(Helvellaceae),羊肚菌属(Morchella)美味的大型野生食用菌。羊肚菌不仅作为珍惜食用菌具有重要的经济价值,而且作为生态系统中的一个成员发挥着重要的功能,对羊肚菌的研究开发工作具有潜在的经济效益和一定的生态意义。对羊肚菌的药用价值和利用情况进行了阐述,揭示了羊肚菌在医药领域深入研究的广泛前景和生产开发利用的意义。
本文对食用菌的生物学特性进行了系统的研究,在形态特征、生态****性、菌丝生长特征及其生长最佳条件的确定,做了系统的研究。

Abstract:Morel is delicious large edible fungus world wide, which belongs to the genus Morchella, Helvellaceae, Pezizales, ycetes, ycotina. Morel is not only valuable in terms of economy, but also a important role in ecosystem. The R & D of morel possess potential both economic and ecological benefits.
In this paper, the biological characterizations of morels were investigated systematically. The morphological, ecological and physiological studies were conducted. The medicinal value and the application situation of Morels were illustrated and it was revealed that Morels had broad prospects of deep researches in the field of medicine and the significance of its production, development and utilization.
