摘要:随着近些年煤炭行业的快速发展,煤炭企业已经成为很多地区经济发展的重
要支柱,相关产业也依托煤炭开发得到快速发展,使得煤炭企业与城镇发展之间的关系
越来越密切。本文介绍了邵寨镇总体规划如何利用邵寨矿井这一优势项目,在工业区规
划、城镇与新农村建设、基础设施完善、工农业协调发展、农村劳动力就业与培训、环
境保护等方面做到协调统一,既为煤炭企业创造良好的经营环境,也使镇域经济能充分
利用煤炭企业在当地经济发展中的核心作用,促进地方经济合理布局、和谐发展。

Abstract: with the rapid development of the coal industry in recent years, the coal enterprise has

how to use mine that advantage village project, in the industrial zone, town planning and the new

development of the rural labor employment and training, environment protection, etc do
harmonious and unified, both for the coal enterprise to create a good business environment, also
make the area economy can make full use of coal enterprise in the core role in the local economic
development, promote local economic rational layout, harmonious development.
