采购外包风险管理研究

摘要
企业实施采购外包是为了集中有限的内部资源,充分利用企业外部资源,全面提
高企业的核心竞争力,从而在市场竞争中取得和保持竞争优势。而由于采购外包的复
杂性,使得采购外包存在很大的风险,任何一个环节出现问题都会波及到整个企业的
生产运营。因此,越来越多的企业愿意事先投入,对外包风险进行管理。
本文就是在这样的背景下,以采购外包风险为研究对象,以风险管理理论为主线,
系统、全面地对采购外包风险管理体系进行研究,阐述了采购外包风险管理的内涵、
采购外包风险识别和分析方法以及采购外包风险社会和自我防范体系。本论文分为五
个部分:首先介绍课题背景,论述了风险管理研究的必要性和重要性,介绍了国内外
采购外包风险管理研究状况;接着简要介绍了风险、风险管理和采购外包管理的基本
概念以及采购外包风险管理的基本理论;然后,通过对采购外包风险的辨析,寻找到
采购外包风险的来源和影响因素,为采购外包风险的评估打下坚实的基础;同时提出
了企业进行采购外包风险管理的防范方向;在全面分析采购外包风险因素的基础上,
运用“6W”法对 LC 公司的采购外包风险进行分析,并在分析的基础上对 LC 公司的
采购外包流程、供应商管理进行优化,提出了 LC 公司的采购外包防范流程。

Abstract
To peting advantages in such varieties of challenges and perfervid
competition, enterprises shall focus their limit internal resources while making the best use
of the external prehensively enhance petitive capability. Due to the
complexity of the procurement outsourcing, there exists great risk. The procurement
outsourcing enterprises are interdependent, and must work in coordination. Any problem
that occurred in any case would influence production. Furthermore, business risk and
continuity management is now receiving increasing attention panies and their
insurers, particularly as regards the loss of market share and the time, and cost, of
re-entering a market after a significant disruption to procurement outsourcing.
On such basis, it directs the emphases at the risk of supply chain, centers on the
theories in risk system, and researches the system of the risk management in supply chain
completely. This thesis can be divided into five parts: Part one introduces the background of
the risk management in the procurement outsourcing. This part also discusses the necessity
and the importance to risk management in the procurement outsourcing. By the way, the
part introduces the condition in the research and research method and content of this thesis.
