锡矿山锌厂生产工艺流程再造及管理控制研究

摘要
随着全球经济一体化的加快和信息网络技术的迅猛发展,国外先进企业管理
思想不断涌入,企业流程再造(BPR)作为近年来出现的新的管理理念和思想,为
扩展我国企业的发展空间、提升核心竞争力提供了新的思路。锡矿山锌厂生产工
艺流程再造与管理控制研究,是 BPR 理论在我国企业的具体实践,其研究目的
和意义在于:为企业提供了解决业务流程问题的思路;提供了优化企业生产工艺
流程管理的实证;为其他企业的流程再造提供了有益的参考。
本论文的主要研究工作如下:
(1)对 BPR 的目前研究进展进行了评述,并且围绕提升企业核心竞争力,
阐述了 BPR 与企业核心竞争力的相互关系,论述了 BPR 是企业提升核心竞争力
的重要途径。
(2)对锡矿山锌厂的基本情况进行了分析。分析了锌厂的核心价值流程——
生产工艺流程,对其具体作业从工作量、作业时间等方面做了详细的研究,指出
了存在的问题和原因,同时对该厂近几年的生产工艺指标进行了分析评价。
(3)给出了锡矿山锌厂工艺流程再造的实施方案。具体给出了生产工艺流
程再造的目标和可操作性程序,并对生产工艺流程再造方案进行了技术经济分析
和选取决策。
(4)研究了锡矿山锌厂生产工艺流程再造的实施控制以及对再造后流程的
优化管理,并对 BPR 的效果进行了分析。对 BPR 效果的评价,具体从生产工艺
流程再造方案目标的实现情况和生产工艺流程的运作绩效等方面进行了分析。
在论文最后,总结了本论文的研究成果并给出了结论。同时,也指出了进一
步需要研究的工作。

Abstract
With the rapid development of the world economy and work
technology, the advanced managerial ideas of foreign enterprises emerge
continuously. As a ing of management ideas nearly, Business Process
Reengineering (BPR) offers a new method to improve the petence of
business and expand the space of their development. Study on production
technological process reengineering and management control for Xikuangshan Zinc
Smelting works is a specific application of BPR theory. The study goal and meaning
of this thesis consist two points. One is providing an idea to resolve the problem of
business process; the other is giving a practical case of optimal process management
for other enterprises, at the same time, the paper offers a helpful reference for
further BPR.
The main research work of this thesis is as follows:
(1) The thesis reviews the current research of BPR. Based on the explaining of
petence of business, the thesis deeply analyzes the relationship between the
competence and BPR, and introduces an important way to enhance the core
competence of business through BPR.
