摘要:随着信息时代的到来,人们对信息处理的需求越来越高,人事档案管理越来越趋于自动化、智能化发展,从而使管理信息系统开发技术得到了充分的发展与完善,使得开发本系统在技术可行性成为可能,本系统使用Delphi Access数据库进行开发。本系统集系统管理员的增删和资料的修改、员工管理、员工资料查询、员工考勤、工资管理等功能于一体,有效、可靠、安全、易于使用和维护的人事管理系统。

Abstract:
With Information Time arrival, the people are more and more high to the information processing demand, personnel’record manage tend to e automatization and intelligentize, thus enable the management information system development technology to obtain the full development and the consummation, caused to develop this system es possibly in the technical feasibility, this system used Delphi unifies Microsoft the Access database carries on the systematic collectedthe system administrators additions and deletions and the data modify, personnel manage, the personnel’data seekand cheek on work attendance, wage manage function and so on to one body, It is a effective personnel management system which is reliable, safe, easy to use and to maintain.
