Definition:
Employment contract: It is one of service or apprenticeship, whether express or implied, the employee provide the labor to employer then to do everything, and the employer provide the labor condition or the labor payment agreement.
Employee: Employee is person who has an ongoing relationship with someone who pays him a regular wages or salary and who within the context of his work can control his behavior.
For example: If you are work in the factory or in the office, it is very tired to work for five or six days, so when someone if they did these job are named employees.
Independent contract: It is also works for someone else and gets paid to do so. But they are working for themselves; the boss can only tell them, what to do but can not order them how to do. They often sign a contract for service with employer.
It is important in UK and EU law; it is just protecting the employee, but not protects the independent employment authority. So if I am an independent employee, I can’t acquire the unfair dismissal, or the claim for sick. Maybe I should pay the extra money. And if you are not normal worker, you shouldn’t have the paid vocation authority.
