ERP环境下财务管理信息系统初探
摘要
在这个信息技术无孔不入的时代,随着企业间竞争日益烈,信息技术运用更加广泛,企业纷纷用ERP 来武装自己,以谋求大的发展。对于企业来说,应用ERP 的价值在于通过系统的计划控制等功能,结合企业的流程,优化、有效地配置各项资源,以快对市场的响应,提高效率和效益,它是企业在信息时代生存、发展的有力保障。而ERP做为一种管理软件,它的任何模块的数据预测到统计都通过财务管理来体现的,所以ERP在财务管理中的用尤其重要。
本文从讨论企业信息化的作用和内涵着手,分析了现有信息化建设存在的问题,通过对A 公司财务管理系统的信息化建设过程的与探讨,介绍了A公司财务管理系统的实施方案,对公司财务管理业务流程的优化以及信息化建设后的改善效果,最后把ERP实施过程的经验与改进策略和大家分享,以使企业的ERP系统在财务管理领域中的应用更加完善与深入。

The discussion of financial management information system under ERP environment.
Abstract
It is well known that the world has been stepped into a information technology time ,pany’s’ competitions is more and more intensive. To get more development chance, the enterprise improves itself via ERP one after another. For panies, the value of using ERP is to enable quick response to market changes and better efficiency and profit by systematic planning and controlling, together with optimizing process and effectively allocating resources. As a management system, ERP realizes its function, from forecast to analysis; through financial management. So it is more important to utilize ERP system in financial and controlling management.
This paper will discuss the effect and connotative meanings of enterprise information as a start, and then analysis the existed problems on current information system management. Through researching and investigating on the process of pany’s financial and controlling system building, the paper also introduce the detailed implementation scenario and business process progress. In the end, the paper shares some application experience which
