摘要
企业筹资方式,是指企业根据自身的生产经营、与对外投资、优化资本结构等需要,通过筹资渠道及金融市场,运用各种筹资方法,筹措和集中企业资本和经济有效地的结合。通过企业财务管理的环节进行筹资。筹资方式选择恰当直接影响企业能够健康合理的生存发展并获得较好的经济效益。本文主要分析企业选择筹资方式,并为企业合理的选择筹资方式提出建议。而筹资风险是现代社会经济中对企业最主要的因素之一。多数企业的发展离不开资金问题。企业主要解决资金问题的方法是进行筹资。筹资对企业发展来说,无疑是一把双刃剑,正确的筹资对企业来讲是护身的武器,错误的筹资对企业来说则是一把自杀的利器,这其中起到关键作用的就是筹资风险。本文通过对筹资风险概念的了解,企业筹资现状,分析企业筹资风险的成因,最终得出企业对筹资风险的防范措施。
