摘要
当今世界正在发生深刻复杂变化,中国在世界的角色逐步由革命者转变为建设者。一个受压迫的民族,在政治、经济、文化、军事方面取得了令人瞩目的成就。由此产生的大国崛起效应,使得各种外部阻力也随之增加。引起了一些周边国家的疑虑和防范心态,增加了我们维护周边环境稳定的难度。再者,曾被公认的世界大国,也对中国的迅速崛起心存不轨。这预示着中国面临着严峻的国际环境,这也是一个长期面临的问题。中与发展”的主题,趋利避害、把握机遇、苦练内功。

China's current international environment and the Countermeasures
ABSTRACT
The world today is plex and profound changes. China's role in the world gradually changes from revolutionary to builder. An oppressed nation draws attention--not only regionally, but globally, since it has made achievements in political, economic, cultural and military. The resulting rise effect, making all kinds of external resistance is increased. Caused some neighboring countries’ doubts and prevention, and also increased our difficulty of maintaining surrounding environment stability. Furthermore, the world's superpower, which has been recognized worldwide, fears and hinders China’s rapid development. This means that China is facing severe international environment, and it is a long-term issue. In the face of the crisis, China should adhere to the theme of "peace and development", draw on the advantages, avoid disadvantages, seize the opportunity and strengthen the internal development.
